Joseph Schillinger papers, undated.

Papers documenting Schillinger's mathematical theories as they relate to the visual arts. Much of the collection was used in Schillinger's book "The Mathematical Basis of the Arts." Collection includes sketches and notes, drawings, small paintings, and collages, films, photographs, slides, and design studies on cards. Many of the designs and compositions on film are kinetic in nature.
